Resolutions tend to get a bad name (it's said 92% of New Year's resolutions fail), but with two-word resolutions, we can begin to explore what’s next, what matters, and how we can get where we want to go. “Resolve, Plan, Dream” is a goal-setting protocol for the classroom, the professional learning community, the staff meeting, and beyond. Participants will experience this process firsthand and then explore ways to reimagine it for their own contexts.
