CANCELLED: Engaging Secondary Students with Classic Toys and Games

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Come join a hands-on session that assesses learning using classic toys and games, including LEGO, action figures, superheroes, and Play-Doh. Playful assessment and engagement can be part of any secondary classroom. Participants will discover concrete ways to connect these strategies to their own curriculum, making them true assessments instead of just a “fun activity.” Free templates and lesson ideas will engage you during the session, and be implemented in your classrooms in the fall. Energize your classroom by discovering your own passions, and make learning fun again!
