When you understand behavior, you have the power to shape the future! Some educators feel frustrated, lost, or discouraged by challenging or unwanted behavior on the part of their students. Many educators are familiar with the idea that consequences can alter behavior. The larger secret is that not all consequences are created equal. During this session participants will have an opportunity for hands on practice utilizing the PIC/NIC too. The PIC/NIC will evaluate their student's behavior, as it relates to the environment. Through the use of the PIC/NIC educators are empowered and encouraged to bringing about the best of behavior from their students.
