I have been teaching in special education for 6 years. 4 years were spent developing the extended resource class and curriculum at the secondary level. The last 2 years have been in the resource setting working with our Minico team developing our co-teaching model. Previous to receiving my Master's degree in Special Education, I worked throughout Minidoka County District as a Behavior Tech. I have worked in this district overall a total of 12 years. I have worked with all age groups of students and in all educational settings, including those that are identified as high risk or in need of early intervention.
